ServSpace intends to process prospect contact details, architecture briefs, account information and limited technical telemetry to respond to requests, deliver contracted services, protect the platform and meet legal obligations.

Customer model keys, integration secrets and working documents are designed to remain in the customer environment. The central CRM receives only commercial records, project status and sanitized technical metrics.

Before launch, Estonian counsel will approve the controller identity, lawful bases, retention, subprocessors, transfer safeguards and procedures for data-subject rights under GDPR and UK GDPR.
